Does the product add CarPlay to a vehicle that doesn’t have it?

No. Our adapters and AI boxes require your vehicle to already have factory wired CarPlay or Android Auto. They do not add CarPlay to a car without it.

Do AI boxes require internet access?

The wireless CarPlay function works without internet. Streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube need a connection — usually your phone’s hotspot or a Wi-Fi network.

Can I use Android Auto?

Many of our products support wireless Android Auto — look for “Android Auto” in the product name and description. Android 11 or newer is typically required.
